As a licensed real estate agent in VA and NC, I can do all the things you expect out of your average agent to help you through the whole process of selling your home like performing a comparable market analysis(cma) to find out roughly what your home is worth, list your house on the multiple listing service(mls) where most homes are listed and sold, help you negotiate whatever offers come your way, and help you determine what needs to be done in order to get your house sold in the current housing market. What makes me stand out above your average agent is that I can and will ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY help you fix your housing problems prior to listing your house and not just tell you what you need to do or have done or who to call to have it done like most agents. I say this not to devalue any other agent but only to highlight everything that I will do as your listing agent. Im willing and able to invest my own time and money into your property to help with the sale of your house if needed. In fact, before listing your house I will usually spend one to three days tuning up your house so it shows better at no cost to you as long as your home is listed and sold with me. This takes a lot of stress and worry off of your already long “to do” list. As a former home inspector I know what im looking at and what to look for and as licensed Class A contractor I will be able to fix anything that I find prior to showing your home to the public. This makes the standard home inspection contingency part of a sales contract more of a formality than a hurdle. I can also fix just about anything that any inspector or potential purchaser may request after you have accepted their offer so usually there are no deal breakers once an offer has been made. Having a good real estate agent is good but having a good contractor who is also a good real estate agent is perfection!
